Emergency Responders Credit Union offers Online Banking through our secure portal. It’s easy to enroll! Just follow the steps below:
- From the main menu, click the “ Account Login” Link, which will open the Online Banking portal in a new window.
- The next screen will have at the top of the page two options;
Enrollment and Contact Us. Click the Enrollment link.
- Complete the enrollment form by filling in your full name, account number, contact phone numbers and email
- Upon completion, click Submit.
You will receive an email from us with your temporary password. A representative will contact you during normal business hours to provide you with your User ID.
Once you have all of your log in information (temporary password and the User ID), you will be prompted to set up security questions. Once in your account, you may change your User ID & password by going to the “Preferences” tab.
Please Note: Your first time logging in with your new User ID and temporary password must be done from our website. You will be prompted to change your password and answer security questions. Once you are fully registered, you will have full access to the ERCU Mobile App. The ERCU Mobile App is available from the Apple App Store and Google Play.
